Workplace culture and Trust Index performance
Fast Track has once again been recognized by Great Place to Work, earning certification in Malta, Sweden, and Spain for the fifth straight year. Based entirely on employee feedback, the survey recorded 100% participation among the company’s approximately 170 employees. Fast Track achieved an 89% Trust Index score, placing the organization among world-class employers in the IT, Software, and Solutions sector.
The achievement comes as Fast Track marks its tenth year of operations. Founded in Malta in February 2016, the company introduced its real-time iGaming CRM in 2018, followed by the Singularity model in 2021, Rewards gamification in 2024, Fast Track AI in 2025, and fully agentic workflows in 2026. Furthermore, Greco, the gameplay risk engine established as a joint venture in 2021, fully integrated as a core product in January 2026.
Executive commentary
Reflecting on the milestone, Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and CEO of Fast Track, stated:
“Our culture is our strongest asset, and it is what allows us to adapt, innovate and drive change at the pace we do. This year, we rebuilt the way we work around AI, with our teams driving that transformation themselves. To be recognised once again as a world-class employer is something we are incredibly proud of, and we will keep nurturing and evolving our culture to ensure Fast Track remains one.”
Linda Löfman, Senior Consultant at Great Place to Work, added:
“Maintaining certification across five consecutive years, in three separate locations, takes sustained effort. What stands out this year is that Fast Track did it while redesigning how people work around AI. That kind of change usually unsettles a workforce and pulls scores down. Fast Track’s consistency, and the fact that every employee took part again this year, shows a culture that people believe in and leaders who keep listening.”
Jenny Arnell, Chief People and Culture Officer at Fast Track, commented:
“Fast Track has always been strongest in the relational areas: people feel they can be themselves, are treated fairly and can approach their managers. This year, 96% also said that we adapt quickly when change is needed. This is particularly meaningful in a year when we fundamentally changed how we work with AI. That is why our fifth certification matters: it reflects that, despite significant change, our people continued to experience Fast Track as a great place to work.”
