
Jumbo Interactive Limited (ASX:JIN) has announced that Jatin Khosla is stepping down from his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to pursue a new career opportunity. Khosla will remain with the company for a transition period to ensure a seamless handover of financial operations.
Leadership Transition and Continuity
To maintain operational continuity, Jumbo has confirmed that its established, experienced finance leadership team will manage financial responsibilities during the interim period. The company will formally launch an executive search process to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer and intends to provide further updates to the market in due course.
Reflecting on Khosla’s tenure, Jumbo Managing Director, CEO, and Founder Mike Veverka praised his impact on the organization:
