
Global Sports Technology Company Posts Strong Second-Quarter Results and Updates Full-Year Outlook
Sportradar Group AG has announced its financial results for Q2 ended June 30, 2026, delivering double-digit year-over-year revenue growth fueled by strong global demand for its sports content, data, and technology solutions. Total revenue for the quarter reached €378 million, representing a 19% increase compared to the same period in 2025.
Chief Executive Officer Carsten Koerl highlighted the company’s pivotal role within the global sports ecosystem, noting that enhanced monetization of the IMG ARENA rights portfolio and strategic expansion into prediction markets helped drive performance.
Strategic Partnerships and Business Highlights
Sportradar expanded its addressable market during the quarter by securing multi-year agreements with key prediction market participants, including Kalshi and Polymarket, positioning the company as an official data and streaming provider for major sports properties. Additionally, the company signed a multi-year extension with The All England Club for exclusive global distribution of official data and audiovisual betting rights for The Wimbledon Championships.
The company also advanced its iGaming offering, Playradar, rolling out a 24/7 Live Experience and historical sports games while securing regulatory licenses across South America, Europe, and Canada.

Updated Full-Year 2026 Financial Outlook
Reflecting its strong performance, Sportradar provided an updated outlook for the full fiscal year 2026:
- Revenue: Expected to grow on a constant currency basis by 19% to 21%, reaching a reported range of €1,518 to €1,533 million based on current rates.
- Adjusted EBITDA: Projected to grow 24% to 27% on a constant currency basis, yielding a reported range of €360 to €368 million.
- Free Cash Flow: Conversion rate is expected to exceed the 2025 level of 56%, excluding non-routine litigation costs.
