Following a successful market entry, software developer Swintt is capitalizing on its early momentum in Italy by preparing a second wave of game releases.

Having recently secured approval from the Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) and launched with Eurobet.it, the provider is now seeking regulatory clearance for two new titles: A Hopping Kissand Enigma of Egypt.

This expansion comes after the company reported “promising performance” from its initial localized offerings, including Pirates Pledge Hold & Win.

Swintt plans to continue this trajectory by also seeking approvals for its Swintt Premium and SwinttSelect portfolios, ensuring a steady stream of content for the Italian player base.

Navigating a New Regulatory Era Swintt’s growth strategy coincides with a decisive “reset” of the Italian gambling sector. On November 13, a new regulatory regime led by the ADM officially began, reshaping the market landscape.

The sector now consists of 46 operators holding 52 licenses, a consolidation that has led to the exit of major international brands such as Betway and Unibet.

The ADM’s renewed strategy prioritizes strict compliance, advanced technological monitoring, and robust anti-money laundering protocols.

A central pillar of this reform is the ban on “skin” websites, which previously allowed affiliate sites to piggyback on master licenses.

This regulatory tightening has resulted in the closure of hundreds of gambling websites, creating a more controlled and transparent environment for licensed providers like Swintt to operate within.

David Mann, CEO of Swintt:

“We’ve been really encouraged by the reception our Elysium Studios titles have received from Italian players, and work is already underway to roll out our next round of releases.”
