EGT Authorized by the GCGRA to Supply Land-Based Gaming Products to Licensed Operators Across the UAE
Euro Games Technology (EGT) has announced that it has been granted a Gaming Related Vendor License by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) of the United Arab Emirates. The authorization enables the company to supply its land-based gaming portfolio to licensed operators within the emerging jurisdiction as the country continues to establish its regulated commercial gaming framework.
Executive Insights and Global Market Expansion
Nadia Popova, Chief Revenue Officer and Vice President of Sales & Marketing at EGT, highlighted the strategic importance of the milestone:
“The UAE represents one of the most closely watched emerging gaming jurisdictions worldwide. Receiving this license reflects EGT’s longstanding commitment to regulatory compliance, product quality and responsible business practices. It also enables us to participate in a market with significant long-term potential, where we believe our technology, manufacturing expertise and customer-focused approach can deliver real value to future licensed operator partners.”
Popova also acknowledged the collaborative efforts behind the approval:
“We wish to thank the team at the GCGRA for its professionalism throughout and our lawyers WH Partners for their invaluable support in guiding us through the licensing process.”
With its portfolio currently deployed across more than 100 countries, EGT views the UAE regulatory approval as a key component of its broader international expansion strategy within regulated markets.
