The Kaizen Gaming headquarters, the company from which Chief People Officer Stella Voulgaraki has announced she is stepping down after a transformative tenure.

Stella Voulgaraki has announced she will be stepping down from her role as Chief People Officer at Kaizen Gaming after more than three years with the company.

In a recent social media post, Voulgaraki described her tenure as a “transformative chapter,” during which she was instrumental in building the company’s global HR function from the ground up.

Throughout her time as CPO, Voulgaraki’s primary focus was on developing a robust people strategy to support Kaizen Gaming’s rapid international expansion.

She expressed gratitude for the trust and vision of Founder and CEO George Daskalakis, which she said empowered her and her team to make meaningful contributions.

“Together with an extraordinary HR team and so many talented Kaizeners, we built a global people function from the ground up – scaling with heart, navigating complexity and always keeping our people at the centre,” Stella Voulgaraki wrote. “Thank you Kaizen Gaming for making this journey so rich and meaningful.”

Her departure comes as Kaizen continues to invest heavily in talent development and social responsibility.

Earlier this year, the company launched ‘The Playmakers: Commercial Talent Programme,’ a scheme designed to train the next generation of iGaming professionals through mentorship and international placements.

Additionally, the company’s Kaizen Foundation recently renewed its partnership with the UEFA Foundation for Children, sponsoring inclusive events and initiatives aimed at empowering women and girls in sports across Europe.
