Allwyn Cesko announced the appointment of Eva Slamova as its new Chief People and Culture Officer on October 20, 2026. Slamova brings more than 15 years of professional experience in human resources management, having navigated diverse operational agendas across consulting, telecommunications, media, and banking sectors.
In her new capacity, she will focus on enhancing the connectivity between Allwyn’s Czech operations and the enterprise’s wider international teams, developing cross-border career pathways, and driving technological integration within human resources processes.
Slamova holds an established track record in leading HR departments and executing large-scale transformation initiatives at both local and regional levels. Throughout her career, she has consistently operated as a strategic partner to executive leadership teams. At Allwyn, she aims to leverage her international background to foster closer collaboration across the group, promoting shared expertise, joint operational solutions, and expanded professional growth opportunities.
Advancing technology and employer branding
Commenting on her appointment, Eva Slámová stated:
“Allwyn is a successful international group that many people associate primarily with lotteries and entertainment. But behind our products are cutting-edge technologies, data and a number of specialized teams. I want HR to develop its role as a business partner and be able to fully utilize the benefits that being connected within an international group brings us. At the same time, it is important for me not to lose common sense and always look at whether the changes we make really help people.”
Digitalization and technology integration form key pillars of Slamova’s strategic agenda. Beyond driving administrative efficiency and adopting group-wide software solutions, the objective is to eliminate redundant paperwork and create greater capacity for high-value strategic initiatives. Furthermore, Slamova intends to anchor departmental decision-making in robust data analytics and market insights.
Employer branding also represents a core focus area. Allwyn aims to showcase the extensive breadth of career opportunities within the company, reinforcing its identity not solely as a traditional lottery and entertainment provider, but as a dynamically growing technology employer.
Slamova added:
“When deciding on a new job today, I think the possibilities the company offers for the future also play a big role. We therefore want to better show applicants where they can move professionally with us, what they can learn and how they can use the experience and know-how that we have across the entire group.”
Slamova succeeds Kateřina Lukášová, who transitioned into the role of People Director within the broader KKCG group.
