ryan collinge leaves gaming innovation group gig
Ryan Collinge has announced his departure from Gaming Innovation Group after serving thirty months as Senior Vice President.

The former Inspired Entertainment product manager joined GiG in February 2024 after a stint at the Gauselmann Group, now Merkur Group, as corporate group director at Blueprint Gaming. While at GiG, he was responsible for leading the company’s commercial strategy, including the rollout of GiG’s sweepstakes offering in the US.

He departs after the exit of GiG’s former chief business officer Andrew Cochrane, who is now at Soft2Bet as chief commercial officer. Collinge was at GiG during the spinout of Gentoo Media, formerly GiG Media, which is now solely affiliate-focused. The executive did not disclose the precise details of his next commercial role.

Reflexions on Sweepstakes and International Growth

The outgoing executive used his public network profiles to review the strategic expansion achieved by the commercial division over the last thirty months.

Ryan Collinge, Senior Vice President at Gaming Innovation Group, detailed the corporate milestones achieved by his division:

“Working closely with talented teams across the business, we successfully established GiG in this rapidly growing sector, secured multiple new operator partnerships and created a significant new revenue stream for the company. This initiative demonstrated GiG’s ability to innovate, adapt and capitalise on new market entry opportunities. A special thank you to Richard Carter [GiG CEO] for his leadership, trust and support throughout my tenure. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the Board, including Hessi Mocca, for their guidance, confidence and continued support.”

He noted that the structural foundations established at GiG during his tenure have positioned the provider well for upcoming regulatory updates across several tier one markets.

Ryan Collinge expressed pride regarding his corporate chapter:

“I leave immensely proud of what we have achieved together. I had the privilege of working alongside an exceptional team, delivering significant commercial growth and expanding our global footprint across both established and new markets. Together, we successfully secured partnerships with a number of tier-one operators across regulated markets while also opening new opportunities and launching partnerships in exciting growth regions including the United States Sweepstakes market, the Philippines, Croatia, France, [the] UK and many others.”
