Leadership Profile: From Synot Games CFO to Group CEO
Katarína Polách Klčovská brings over 14 years of corporate finance, strategic management, and global structuring expertise to the Chief Executive role. Having joined SYNOT Group in 2012, she has held multiple management positions across the organization’s business units.
During her tenure as Chief Financial Officer of Synot Games, she played a central role in guiding the unit’s digital transformation, expanding into regulated jurisdictions, and establishing operational models for the Group’s entry into the United States market. Her previous responsibilities also included managing regional operations throughout Central and Southeastern Europe.
