Digital Content Provider to Create More Than 350 New Jobs as Part of Strategic Growth Initiative
Digital content provider ICONIC21 is preparing to open a major new office and studio facility in Vilnius, Lithuania, with plans to generate over 350 employment opportunities. Spanning two full floors and more than 1,400 square meters, the modern complex will combine state-of-the-art studio facilities with professional office spaces to act as a key operational hub for the company’s expanding European footprint.
Recruitment Drive and Talent Development
Active recruitment for the new facility is already underway, with immediate openings for positions including game presenter and studio technician. Demonstrating a commitment to accessible career entry, the company confirmed that no prior experience is required for studio roles, focusing instead on motivated individuals looking to launch or transition their careers.
To guide local operations and stakeholder engagement, ICONIC21 appointed Rokas Benetis as Country Manager for Lithuania. Benetis has successfully assembled the core management team and is spearheading preparations for the upcoming growth phase.
Commenting on the expansion, Rokas Benetis, Country Manager, stated:
“Vilnius is a dynamic and rapidly growing city that draws ambitious, talented people. That is precisely why we chose it for the next stage of our growth. Here we are building an environment where people can start their careers, grow quickly and take on real responsibility from day one. Whether it is a first step into the job market, work alongside studies or a new professional challenge, we want ICONIC21 to be a place where people grow.”
Strategic Market Positioning
ICONIC21 selected Vilnius for its robust talent pool, advanced business ecosystem, and growing reputation as a primary regional destination for international investment and innovation. The Lithuanian expansion forms part of a wider international growth strategy, with the provider also reviewing further scaling opportunities at its Romanian headquarters and additional global markets.
