Flutter Entertainment has posted its financial report for FY24 and Q4, revealing a year-on-year revenue of $14.05 billion and a net income increase of 113% to $162 million.

Flutter’s adjusted EBITDA increased to $2.4 billion, making for a 26% growth year-on-year, a 19% increase from 2023.

Moreover, Flutter also reported an increased Q4 revenue for UKI and International groups by 17% and 23%, respectively, making for a total of $963 million and $872 million, respectively.

The company also reported an 8% year-on-year drop in revenue from Australia, making for a total of $346 million. Despite the decline, Flutter remains positive and stated that player trends are still “encouraging”, reporting a third consecutive quarter of monthly player growth on average.

With $1.6 billion out of the total $3.8 billion, the US division of the company made for the biggest chunk of the FY24 revenue, marking an increase of 14% year-on-year.

Similarly, Flutter reported a net income of $156 million during Q4 2024, a figure that comes after the $900 million net loss in Q4 2023.

Flutter’s total adjusted EBITDA for Q4 2024 reached $655 million, a result of Australia and the US’ year-on-year EBITDA decrease by 3% and 35%, respectively.

The UKI adjusted EBITDA reached $319 million, making for a 17% increase when compared to 2023, whereas International increased by 15% for a total adjusted EBITDA of $172 million in Q4 2024.

Additionally, Flutter also revealed that the company expects a $90 million in negative revenue in 2025 as a result of new launches in Alberta and Missouri.
