The annual Gaming in Germany Conference will return to Berlin on November 10, 2026, to discuss the future of the local iGaming market.

Gaming in Europe is pleased to announce that the 2026 Gaming in Germany Conference will take place on November 10, 2026, at the DoubleTree Hilton Ku’damm in Berlin.

The Gaming in Germany Conference is an annual event for everyone who is professionally involved in Germany’s regulated online gambling industry. The conference will cover topics such as the latest regulatory developments – including, of course, the evaluation of the GlüStV 2021 – market growth, player protection, eSports, marketing, compliance, and much more.

Although the 2026 Gaming in Germany Conference is still some time away, we have already confirmed the following speakers:

  • Dr. Jörg Hofmann, Senior Partner, Melchers Law
  • Senior GGL representative
  • Dr. Dirk Quermann, President DOCV
  • Mathias Dahms, President, DSWV

Willem van Oort, founder of Gaming in Germany commented:

“After last year’s highly successful edition of our annual Gaming in Germany Conference, we are extremely pleased to return to Berlin in 2026. As always, we aim to connect the industry with regulatory and social stakeholders, and vice versa. This year, we will be learning more about the outcome of the ongoing evaluation of the 2021 State Gambling Treaty, as well as the resulting impact on Germany’s regulated iGaming market. The Gaming in Germany Conference is also THE place to meet the key decision makers in Germany’s regulated iGaming industry, which means that there will be plenty of reasons to join us in Berlin.”
