Specialized training for MGM Osaka
The MGM Osaka Certified Course is designed as a practical, specialized training program tailored specifically for future casino dealers who will work at the upcoming resort, scheduled to open around the fall of 2030. Enrolled participants will undergo rigorous instruction covering core casino operations, advanced gaming protection protocols, and essential table game techniques.
The curriculum aims to shape candidates into highly skilled, competent, and trustworthy professionals capable of supporting world-class resort operations.
The collaboration underscores the proactive steps being taken by major operators to build a localized talent pool well ahead of venue launches. By partnering with established educational institutions like the Japan Casino School, MGM Osaka is establishing clear vocational pathways for individuals entering the gaming and hospitality industry.
