High Roller Technologies has partnered with CDNA to launch regulated US event contracts, targeting a potential $1 trillion market.

High Roller Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROLR) has announced a definitive agreement with Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA) to launch a regulated event-based prediction market offering in the United States.

This partnership marks High Roller’s official entry into a sector that analysts estimate could reach $1 trillion in annual trading volume at maturity.

A Differentiated Financial Framework

Under the terms of the agreement, High Roller will offer CDNA’s event contracts to customers across the US. To facilitate this, High Roller plans to operate as a CFTC-registered Introducing Broker, establishing a direct relationship with Crypto.com’s registered Futures Commission Merchant. This structure allows users to trade contracts tied to outcomes in finance, sports, and entertainment through a fully legal and transparent platform.

Strategic Milestone and Global Potential

The partnership is expected to create significant new revenue streams for High Roller, leveraging its premium brand identity and established online platform.

Kris Marszalek, Co-founder and CEO of Crypto.com, highlighted the synergy:

“High Roller brings a premium brand, strong online expertise and an established customer-facing platform to this opportunity. Together, we believe we can expand access to regulated event contracts in the United States through a differentiated and highly scalable offering.”

Seth Young, CEO of High Roller Technologies, added his perspective on the journey:

“We’re thrilled to have reached a definitive agreement to enter the prediction markets space with Crypto.com. Over the last few months, we have been working towards preparing our product and other logistics for this transformative opportunity… this partnership gives us a strong starting position in a market with meaningful long-term potential.”

Listed on the NYSE under ticker ROLR, High Roller Technologies currently manages over 6,000 games through its brands. This move into derivatives further diversifies its portfolio, positioning it at the forefront of the emerging prediction market economy.
