Full Integration Combines Strategic Consulting, Proprietary Technology, and Operational Scale Under a Single Brand
Rokker has completed its acquisition of the remaining shareholding in Pretty Technical, bringing the technology business fully under the Rokker brand. This milestone follows the initial acquisition of a majority stake in summer 2025 and unites a team of 100 iGaming specialists across strategy, technology, engineering, operations, and innovation.
The full integration incorporates Pretty Technical’s product portfolio and engineering talent directly into Rokker’s existing consulting expertise and RokkerX managed services operations, which currently manage Tier 1 operator and supplier business functions across 11 jurisdictions.
Expanded Technological Capabilities and Leadership Structure
The transaction brings proprietary technology platforms, including Mikado PAM, Mikado CMS, Hiro Casino Management System, Prio Prize Draw platform, and Domino Vault, directly into Rokker’s offerings. Additionally, Pretty Technical’s innovation team transitions into Rokker Innovation Labs, focusing on AI and agentic technology applications for commercial challenges.
Following the acquisition, leadership roles have been realigned across both organizations:
- Emma Blaylock (formerly Pretty Technical CEO) steps in as CEO of the combined Rokker business.
- Andy Rogers (Rokker Founder) transitions to Founder and Chairman, focusing on commercial and corporate development strategy.
- Andre Marenke joins the board as Group CIO, overseeing technology strategy and architecture.
- Trevor Milsom continues as Group CFO.
- Tom Squirrell leads Innovation Labs and broader innovation strategy.
- Cristóbal Viedma manages external delivery and managed services through RokkerX.
- James Sarre continues as COO, overseeing group-wide business operations.
Executive Commentary
Andy Rogers, Rokker Founder and Chairman, said:
“This is about giving our clients more of what they’ve always come to Rokker for, clarity and control, backed by significantly more capability to deliver it. We now have the technology, the engineering talent and the operational scale to go further for our partners, at pace, without asking them to manage the complexity of stitching it together themselves.”
Emma Blaylock, Rokker CEO, said:
“Combining Pretty Technical’s technology and engineering capability with Rokker’s consulting and operational strength means we can genuinely start with a client’s business challenge, not with a product we want to sell. Our clients get access to more expertise and more capability through a single partner, while keeping full control over how much of it they use, taking as much or as little as they need to succeed!”
