Atucha Strategic Advisory (ASA) announced a partnership on October 20, 2026, to lead RTG Slots’ commercial development and regulated market expansion across Latin America. Under the agreement, ASA will work alongside RTG’s regional team to manage market certifications, establish operator and platform partnerships, and implement a targeted hero title programme.
The collaboration accelerates RTG Slots’ distribution across Latin America, leveraging its extensive portfolio operating across more than 40 regulated and emerging markets worldwide. While holding established UKGC and MGA licences, RTG is aggressively expanding its footprint into new regulated jurisdictions, with Latin America serving as a primary strategic focus.
Unlike newer studios entering the region with unproven software, RTG arrives with a catalogue of more than 250 titles featuring mathematical models that have been played at scale for years, supported by an annual output of approximately 24 new games and a network of over 100 operator partners.
Market-by-market rollout strategy
ASA’s operational focus will be building upon RTG’s existing presence in Latin America by establishing the regulatory and commercial infrastructure necessary to scale distribution. Mexico has been designated as the initial rollout priority, followed by subsequent expansion into Argentina, Colombia, and Peru. Meanwhile, activities in Brazil remain on hold pending official clarification of the country’s regulatory status.
Central to this commercial strategy is a hero title programme designed to identify the specific RTG Slots that resonate most strongly with Latin American players. Rather than applying a generalized approach across the entire region, selected titles will undergo targeted certification and distribution tailored to individual market preferences. The agreement adds RTG Slots to ASA’s growing portfolio of international gaming technology and content providers seeking to solidify their commercial positioning in Latin America.
Executive commentary
Ramiro Atucha, founder of Atucha Strategic Advisory, said:
“RTG Slots has something most studios entering Latin America do not have: games that have already been played at scale, for years, in markets where nothing protects a title except its own performance. Our job is to bring that catalogue into the regulated markets here under the RTG Slots name and in the right order. We are not starting from zero; the team in São Paulo has already done real work. We are here to turn that into certified content, live with the operators that matter.”
Jo Purvis, Chief Commercial Officer at RTG Slots, added:
“Latin America is a priority for us and we wanted a partner who has done this from the supplier side, not just advised on it. I have known Ramiro for years and collaborated with him on many projects. He has launched and scaled content businesses in these markets and knows the operators personally. Working with ASA alongside our own regional team lets us move faster on certification and partnerships while we keep doing what we do best, which is the games.”
