Slot developer Blueprint Gaming announced a partnership on October 20, 2026, to distribute its online slot portfolio across Supergroup brands Betway and Jackpotcity in South Africa. The agreement broadens the reach of Blueprint’s gaming content through established local-facing operator platforms.
Under the terms of the arrangement, players using Betway and Jackpotcity gain access to a variety of Blueprint titles. The initial rollout includes games built around popular mechanics such as Megaways and Cash Strike, alongside intellectual property-led releases including ted and Game of Thrones. Additional slot releases are scheduled to be deployed across the platforms over time.
Advancing South African market strategy
Blueprint positioned the partnership as a key component of its broader, long-term strategy in South Africa. Following its initial entry into the region, the company aims to scale its distribution network by collaborating with prominent operators that maintain an established customer base.
Sam Haggblom, Director of Business Development at Blueprint Gaming said:
“South Africa continues to be an important market for Blueprint as we look to build meaningful, long-term partnerships across the region. Working with key Supergroup brands such as Betway and Jackpotcity gives us a formidable platform to showcase the depth and diversity of our portfolio. From our established titles to our expanding range of branded content, we are confident our games will resonate with new players and look forward to building on this partnership as we continue to grow our presence in South Africa.”
Expanding IP and mechanic-driven titles
The integration brings well-known slot mechanics to the South African digital gaming sector. The inclusion of branded franchises alongside proprietary engine features allows operators to diversify their casino lobbies and appeal to varied player preferences.
Collaborating with multi-market operators like Supergroup enables content providers to accelerate brand recognition within newly regulated or rapidly developing jurisdictions. Both companies plan to leverage the technical integration to support ongoing engagement as additional titles are introduced to the market.
