Apple iSports (AiS) has announced a major strategic move to accelerate its global expansion, entering into a definitive agreement to acquire LBC Enterprises, the Queensland-based online gaming, wagering, and payments platform that operates the consumer-facing brand Lucky Bet.

The acquisition, which received unanimous approval from the boards of both companies, signals Apple iSports’ clear intent to become a significant player in regulated gaming markets worldwide.

The transaction is scheduled to close in the third quarter of 2025, pending customary regulatory approvals and final closing conditions.

Under the terms of the all-stock deal, Apple iSports will acquire 100% of LBC Enterprises. The popular Lucky Bet brand will continue its operations under its existing name, ensuring continuity for its customer base.

LBC’s current CEO, Ian Parke, will remain at the helm of the brand and will also bring his extensive industry experience to the Apple iSports board of directors, alongside fellow LBC executive James Tennant.

The partnership is designed to create powerful synergies, combining LBC’s proven, tech-driven platform with Apple iSports’ robust capital markets presence and international distribution network.

Ian Parke commented on the deal, stating:

The proposed acquisition of our company by Apple iSports validates the global opportunity we see in regulated, tech-driven gaming. We are primed to accelerate our expansion into new markets and scale our white label program.

Joe Martinez, CEO and Chairman of Apple iSports, emphasized how the acquisition provides an immediate and significant enhancement to their capabilities:

Our service offerings to B2B and B2C will now be significantly enhanced in a rapidly growing sector,” he noted. “This transaction catapults us into the US and international gaming markets.

This move is a key part of an aggressive growth phase for AiS, which also recently announced its intent to acquire infrastructure provider AmeriCrew.

According to board member Lyndon Hsu, these acquisitions align with the company’s long-term strategy of building the necessary operational scale and revenue base to support a future listing on the NASDAQ exchange.
