Casino brands pay from 45 percent at the first level up to 60 percent at VIP level, while sports betting brands pay from 30 percent up to around 45 percent at VIP level, with the tier set by referred volume. CPA and hybrid arrangements can be discussed, and the program states that commissions are paid by the twentieth of each month, with the exact rate agreed through an affiliate manager.
