GiG Software Plc (First North: GiG SDB; OTCQX: GIGXF), a prominent B2B iGaming technology provider, has announced that Phil Richards is stepping down from his role as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 2.
During his two and a half years with the organization, Richards played an instrumental role in guiding the company’s financial reporting, strengthening investor relations, and directing key corporate development initiatives.
