Kambi Group plc has announced the repurchase of 22,500 ordinary shares (ISIN: MT0000780107) between September 21 and September 25, 2026, as part of its ongoing share buyback programme. The initiative, authorized at the Extraordinary General Meeting on June 18, 2026, aims to deliver added value to shareholders and grant the Board greater capital structure flexibility by reducing capital.
During this latest buyback period, shares were acquired at a volume-weighted average price of 178.48 SEK. Since the commencement of the programme on June 22 through September 25, 2026, Kambi has repurchased a cumulative total of 351,785 ordinary shares at a volume-weighted average price of 171.34 SEK per share.
