Game Provider Enters Third U.S. State in Under 18 Months Following Regulatory Approval from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board
Octoplay has been granted Interim Authorization by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, enabling the company to supply its games to licensed operators in Pennsylvania. This milestone marks Octoplay’s third U.S. state of operation in under 18 months, building upon its previous debuts in New Jersey with BetMGM in June 2025 and Michigan with BetMGM, FanDuel, and Rush Street Interactive in December 2025.
The new authorization expands Octoplay’s growing North American footprint, which already encompasses New Jersey, Michigan, Ontario, and Alberta, where the company launched on day one with seven tier-one operators including BetMGM, FanDuel, and DraftKings.
Globally, Octoplay is approved to operate across 20 regulated jurisdictions, such as Malta, the UK, Sweden, Greece, Spain, and Brazil. North America remains a central focus for the supplier, having ranked as the #1 New Overall Top Supplier in the Eilers & Krejcik Gaming US index for four consecutive months from April through July.
