Gaming technology titan Novomatic AG has launched an extensive product strategy to aggressively scale its Electronic Table Games (ETG) and linked progressive slot footprint throughout emerging and established Asian gaming hubs.

The technology provider revealed that its hardware engineering pipelines are being actively aligned with growing regulatory demands across the region.

High-Velocity ETG Expansion Paths

Novomatic‘s structural push comes at a time when major land-based casino environments are actively optimizing their floor architectures. Kenan Bajram, Deputy Director of Global Sales at Novomatic, highlighted that the company sees clear operational paths to accelerate the deployment of its advanced terminal fleets inside highly competitive Asian gaming jurisdictions:

“The company believes there are better prospects of increased adoption of its ETGs in Asian gaming jurisdictions such as Malaysia, Singapore, and Macau. Malaysia has historically been one of the company’s most important ETG markets, where it has maintained a leading position for decades in terms of both installed terminal base and overall product performance.”

Demonstrating this flexibility at a major regional exhibition, Novomatic showcased its Novo Unity Pro standalone ETG engine installed inside the premium Diamond X 3.32 cabinet. Built in an upright, slot-machine style configuration boasting three distinct screen displays, the hardware platform seamlessly unifies automated roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and sic bo into a single interface.

The underlying technology platform allows developers to rapidly adapt almost any standard gaming cabinet for multi-game ETG deployment. For larger casino operations, Novomatic showcased the system in a comprehensive stadium configuration, engineered to merge automated algorithms and live-dealer gameplay into a unified entertainment ecosystem.

The updated setup features enhanced graphics alongside new baccarat side-bet modules, including a specialized Lucky 6 feature. Furthermore, the company is coupling these setups with live table integrations and automated roulette wheels via the Executive SL 1.27 and Lotus SL 1.27 hardware terminals.

Linked Progressive Momentum Strategy

Concurrently, Novomatic is looking to expand its presence across the regional slot sector by introducing its premium linked progressive networks, Vision Link and Xtension Link. These products are explicitly positioned to capture commercial growth opportunities throughout developing gaming markets, with a primary focus on the Philippines.

The Vision Link system, which integrates multiple standalone bonus mechanics and multi-tiered jackpot levels, was presented on the newly upgraded Diamond X Quattro 1.55J cabinet, a cabinet optimized with high-fidelity speaker systems, localized lighting rigs, and an ergonomically redesigned glass touch deck. The hardware launch is supported by core games such as Hot Pot and Ghost Party, with the latter drawing significant interest due to its vibrant, expressive character graphics.

Additionally, the supplier is rolling out Xtension Link, one of its most successful international progressive setups, which features dynamically expanding reel sets that trigger randomly during active game loops to unlock thousands of additional paylines. Bajram confirmed that titles within the Xtension Link
