Optimove has announced its sponsorship of the upcoming Playercore Immersion workshop in São Paulo, a move aimed at accelerating the professionalization of retention strategies in the rapidly expanding Brazilian iGaming market.

Scheduled for December 18 at the Concept Building in Itaim Bibi, the technical workshop is organized by Playercore and its CEO, Monara Shainny. The event is designed to address a critical need for sophisticated CRM and player engagement tactics as the region matures.

Limited to 40 participants, the full-day program will target professionals in marketing, product, and operations, focusing on advanced topics such as invisible churn, recurring value, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.

The timing of the event is strategic, with the industry looking ahead to the challenges of 2026. Heloisa Bianchi, Partnerships Manager for Latin America at Optimove, noted that the Brazilian market is currently at a unique inflection point.

“The market is growing rapidly, and this demands a much deeper understanding of behavior, data, and retention,” Bianchi explained. She emphasized that modern CRM strategies must evolve beyond simple campaign volume, stating that success is now “about understanding the player and acting at the right time.”

Looking toward the future, Bianchi highlighted the urgency created by upcoming major events. “Participating in the Playercore Immersion program is contributing to this advancement happening collectively and in a structured way,” she added, pointing to the increased need for precision as the 2026 World Cup approaches.

Monara Shainny welcomed the partnership, viewing it as a validation of the local market’s readiness for advanced operational discussions.

“Having Optimove as the Master Sponsor reinforces that the Brazilian market is ready for more mature discussions about behavior, recurrence, and retention,” Shainny said. By combining Playercore’s educational methodology with Optimove’s technological expertise, the event aims to bring Brazilian operators closer to the sophistication levels seen in major global gaming hubs.
