Bayad

DigiPlus Interactive has entered into an exclusive partnership with the leading payment network, Bayad, to significantly expand its over-the-counter (OTC) cash transaction options for customers across the Philippines.

The landmark agreement was formalized in a signing ceremony on October 8, 2025, attended by key executives including DigiPlus Chairman Eusebio Tanco and Bayad Chairman Ray Espinosa.

This collaboration makes DigiPlus the sole gaming industry partner for Bayad’s extensive OTC payment network.

As a result, players of DigiPlus’s popular online brands, BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone, can now make convenient in-person cash deposits at more than 800 Bayad branches and partner outlets nationwide.

This move is a strategic step to enhance accessibility for a large segment of the population that prefers or relies on cash transactions.

The partnership also underscores DigiPlus’s commitment to regulatory compliance.

Under the requirements set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), licensed operators like DigiPlus are mandated to partner only with payment channels that are accredited by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), the country’s central bank.

Bayad is a BSP-accredited Electronic Money Issuer, operating one of the most extensive and trusted bill payment networks in the Philippines, ensuring that all player wallet transactions are processed through a secure and compliant platform.

The initial phase of the agreement will focus on enabling cash-in transactions for all DigiPlus customers.

However, both companies have confirmed plans to introduce cash-out and withdrawal features in the near future, which will be accessible through both Bayad’s physical centers and its digital app.

This expanded OTC infrastructure complements DigiPlus’s existing network of over 130 physical BingoPlus stores and its 24/7 customer support service, reinforcing its focus on providing accessible and customer-focused digital entertainment.
