Inspire Entertainment Resorts has announced the appointment of seasoned executive Lee Sang-won as its new Chief Transformation Officer, a strategic role effective August 11th.
In his new position, Lee will be responsible for spearheading organizational efficiency, fostering greater collaboration between departments, and steering the long-term growth strategy for the large-scale integrated resort located in Incheon, South Korea.
Lee brings a wealth of high-level experience from both domestic and international corporations.
Prior to Inspire Entertainment Resorts, his impressive resume includes senior positions at the prestigious consulting firm McKinsey & Company, as well as global giant LG Electronics and Serveone.
Throughout his career, Lee has been directly involved in over 30 major corporate transformation projects, covering critical areas such as mergers and acquisitions, new business strategy development, operational streamlining, and comprehensive system enhancements.
He holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Seoul National University and Columbia University, respectively, in addition to an MBA from Columbia.
At Inspire, Lee’s mandate will include overseeing strategic planning, data analysis, and all IT operations. His primary objective is to implement a more structured and data-driven business environment, embedding a culture of innovation across every facet of the organization.
The ultimate goal is to significantly enhance the customer experience at all touchpoints within the expansive resort.
