SOFTSWISS Receives Approval To Operate In Peru

SOFTSWISS joins the ranks of the elite as the largest content aggregator on the planet has received the required certification to legally provide its services in the newly opened iGaming market in Peru.

This historic milestone cements the position of SOFTSWISS as one of the first tech providers to fully comply with the new regulatory framework of Peru and receive the green light to operate in the country.

SOFTSWISS obtained the Peruvian certificate via GLI, a licensed testing laboratory, and met all the legal and technical requirements set by the government of Peru.

By entering Peru, SOFTSWISS adds another market under its belt, after the company recently announced its certification in yet another South American market that was launched on January 1st, 2025, in Brazil.

As the company with the largest game portfolio in the industry, SOFTSWISS currently offers more than 27,000 titles together with an impressive uptime of 99.999%, which is in addition to the company’s state-of-the-art services.

According to a recent survey conducted by Kantar back in November 2024, SOFTSWISS received a satisfaction score of 8.1 out of 10 from its clients, highlighting the reputation of the company as a leader among its peers and as a reliable solution.

Peru’s new Regulatory Framework is set to launch in February 2024, with the government setting the deadline to obtain certification by the 1st of February 2025, with platforms, game providers, technical suppliers and operators all having to comply by the end of the month in order to legally operate in the country.
