This transforms the typically solitary experience of DFS into a more interactive and community-driven activity, aiming to bring the conversations that usually happen in group chats into the app itself.

The company is currently in the process of being acquired by the multi-national lottery operator Allwyn, which is taking a majority stake to boost its presence in the burgeoning North American online gaming sector.
