The Isle of Man forensic practice formerly known as UHY Crossleys Forensics has officially begun trading as Advantyx™ as of August 3, 2026. The rebrand represents a change of name only for the same organization, following no acquisition, merger, de-merger, or change in ownership. The entire team remains intact, with no departures or sales of the business.
Having spent 30 years specializing in forensic accounting, fraud investigation, due diligence, corporate intelligence, and cyber work, the firm adopted the new name to better reflect the core advantage it delivers to clients, knowing what others have missed, rather than focusing on former affiliations.
Understanding the Strategic Rationale Behind the Name Change
The practice has spent three decades focusing heavily on forensic accounting, fraud investigation, due diligence, corporate intelligence, and cyber work. Much of that history was conducted under a name that primarily described who the firm was affiliated with rather than clearly communicating what the firm actually does.
