Zitro, a leading iGaming software developer, has proudly announced the implementation of an energy-efficient policy with the goal of improving energy management across all company sectors.

Via dedicated EGS measures such as implementing efficient technologies, promoting behaviours, and optimizing energy consumption to reduce needless consumption, especially among its employees, the company intends to drastically reduce its global greenhouse gas emissions output.

By applying such rigorous EGS practices, Zitro aims to drastically bring down its environmental impact by first and foremost reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

As a result, the Corporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (EGS) Committee of the company intends to conduct a special training program for its employees.

The goal of this training program is to promote and educate employees on responsible environmental practices in the day-to-day activities of the company.

By doing this, the iGaming giant Zitro is committed to uncompromised compliance with all applicable legislation and the entire spectrum of efficiency, consumption requirements, and use of energy.

Marta Cuesta, VP of Product and Development at Zitro, commented on the developments by highlighting “the importance of sustainability” and stressed the urgency of implementing a specific energy policy to cut down on greenhouse gas emissions.

We recognize the importance of sustainability and are fully aware of the environmental impact of our energy consumption. Therefore, we are committed to implementing an energy policy that helps us mitigate our greenhouse gas emissions, setting an example in our industry and driving significant changes toward a more sustainable future.
