Company Evolves Corporate Identity to Reflect Diversification Beyond Performance Marketing Into Data, Technology, and Audience Solutions
Gambling.com Group Limited has officially changed its corporate name to Grandstand Limited. Beginning with the market open tomorrow, July 23, 2026, the company’s ordinary shares will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the new ticker symbol “GRSD”. Its corporate website has transitioned to grandstand.com.
Evolution Beyond Performance Marketing
Since its initial public offering in July 2021, the company has materially diversified its business operations beyond traditional performance marketing. The rebrand to Grandstand is designed to reflect its position at the center of the sports and gaming ecosystem. The rebrand to Grandstand evolves the company name to better align with where it sits today, at the heart of the sports and gaming ecosystem, making consumers sharper and partners stronger through its broad portfolio of data, technology, content and audience solutions.
The corporate name change also creates a clear separation between Grandstand as the corporate entity and Gambling.com as a dedicated consumer brand, which will continue functioning as a trusted comparison and reviews portal.
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Kevin McCrystle commented on the rebrand:
“Grandstand captures our position as the intelligence layer powering informed decisions for consumers and partners across sports, gaming and entertainment.”
“The new name Grandstand brings together the broad array of products and services in our portfolio, while also creating room for what we are building now and our long-term roadmap.”
