Platform provider Evenbeter has expanded its back-office system with a comprehensive suite of AI-assisted analytics and operational tools.
Enhancing security, forecasting, and operational workflows
The update is designed to help poker and casino teams identify risks, validate tournament settings, forecast user demand, and manage platform data more efficiently within a unified workflow.
The platform update introduces several key capabilities aimed at reducing the need for operators to analyze data across fragmented systems. Among the primary additions is AI-assisted screening for suspicious hands and account connections, which examines hand histories from the bubble stage onward alongside shared devices and payment links to surface potential multi-accounting.
Tournament management tools allow teams to evaluate expected participation against guarantees, limits, and payout structures prior to launch. Furthermore, demand forecasting estimates future activity for cash games and tournaments, while behavioral analytics track retention, churn risk, and responsible gaming markers against individual and population baselines. Operators maintain full administrative control over these features, including custom request limits, permission definitions, and feature toggles.
Executive commentary
Alexander Tamplon, CTO at Evenbeter, stated:
“An operator needs to understand what deserves attention and what to check next. We are bringing that support directly into the back-office: highlighting suspicious hands and account links, checking tournament settings before launch, and helping teams interpret reports. The tools provide context and recommendations, while operators remain responsible for the decisions.”
