Betano, the online sports betting brand owned by Kaizen Gaming and a globally-renowned operator, has been named the official partner of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 for South America.

This marks another major step in the growing relationship between Betano and FIFA, following the company’s previous development as the official partner for the FIFA World Cup in Qatar in 2022.

As part of the new partnership with FIFA, the branding of Betano will be prominently featured throughout all stages of the tournament, giving the company an exclusive opportunity and major exposure on a global stage.

Taking place across the United States from 14 June to 13 July 2025, the Club World Cup, which is already live, is a historic edition of the tournament as it introduces a brand-new format that features 32 teams.

George Daskalakis, Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Kaizen Gaming, commented on the development and said that the company is proud to enter another sponsorship deal with FIFA, especially after endorsing the FIFA World Cup in Qatar in 2022:

After being the first sports betting operator to support the FIFA World Cup in Qatar in 2022, we are proud that Betano is joining forces with FIFA once again – this time for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025. It is a privilege to work closely with FIFA for a tournament that brings together millions of fans from all around the world as they get to watch the best club teams and players football has to offer. This year’s tournament is particularly special, as it marks a moment in history as the inaugural edition.

Romy Gai, Chief Business Officer at FIFA, shared Daskalakis’ enthusiasm, mentioning the previous successful collaboration with Kaizen Gaming, particularly their joint partnership during the FIFA World Cup Qatar:

We are thrilled to be collaborating once again with Kaizen Gaming and its Betano brand. Our shared ethos of enhancing the fan experience delivered huge successes during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, and we are excited to be working with their team to deliver another world-class tournament. Over the past three years, we have seen the Betano brand grow and expand, and we know fans will be excited for this next step.

This deal is the latest in the list of high-profile partnerships for Betano. One example of this is last month’s agreement when the brand signed a three-year sponsorship with Danish Superliga club Brøndby IF, its first venture into the Danish market.

The 2025 edition of the Club World Cup will feature some of the biggest names in global football, with teams like PSG, Inter, Chelsea, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Inter Miami, and Boca Juniors already battling for the title.

Consequently, due to the new format, this FIFA tournament is being positioned as a new era for international club competition.
