Gentoo Media has released its Q4 financial report revealing a 38% year-on-year increase and revenue of €35.9m ($37.5m), capitalizing on its Q3 2024 growth momentum where revenue increased by 35% to €30.4 million.

Moreover, Gentoo Media’s EBITDA before special items reflected a 40% margin and stood at €14.3 million, whereas EBIT reflected a 27% margin and stood at €9.8 million.

From here, the full year-on-year revenue increased a substantial 41% to €124.5 million, while total deposits increased to €767 million, or by 27%, underlining the recent strategic expansion of Gentoo in regulated, high-value affiliate markets.

After Gentoo Media announced the separation from its sportsbook and platform division on September 30th, 2024, the company transitioned into a full-blown affiliate, allocating the €46 million spent to fund its closed division into its affiliate programs.

As a result of this development, the company significantly boosted its operational cash flow, a move that enabled Gentoo more efficient financial flexibility and strengthened its capital allocation.

By doing so, Gentoo Media already reported positive results for Q3 2024, with the company revealing 12% organic growth in revenue and an EBITDA margin of 48%. Consequently, the leadership behind Gentoo Media said that the company is optimistic that this shift in focus will guarantee profitability and long-term revenue growth in 2025 as well.

The strong Q3 2024 for Gentoo Media only reflects the smart decision to completely reconstruct, which is why the company reported €30.4 million in revenue, a figure that is up 35% when compared to Q3 2023, ensuring stable profitability and strong deposit growth.

Considering that Gentoo Media reported a 45% EBITDA margin and proceeds to cement its presence in key regulated markets, the company is clearly dedicated to developing its affiliate-driven model for the purpose of sustaining long-term financial growth.
