EveryMatrix has plenty of new reasons to celebrate as the company reached a historic milestone by surpassing the 1000th employee mark. What is even more impressive, is that EveryMatrix has managed to achieve this landmark just 16 years after it first emerged on the scene in 2008.
Moreover, the company also reported record profitability in 2023, setting a new annual net revenue record of €114m, which is a whopping 75% increase from €65m in 2022, and four times more than the €28m in 2019, making for a progressive growth each year.
Well, the successful story of EveryMatrix goes strong in 2024 as well, as EveryMatrix noticed a sky-rocket in personnel and organic growth, increasing its staff from 525 employees in 2020 to 1000 in March 2024 across 13 countries, making for a staggering 90% increase in just 4 short years.
In addition to surpassing this historic mark, the award-winning EveryMatrix also finished the construction of its cutting-edge and brand-new business hub located in Bucharest, Romania, whose construction started back in 2022.
The new business hub is situated in the vicinity of University Square located in the central point of the city, which in turn makes it easily accessible to employees, partners, and clients, the new office has the capacity to accommodate more than 40% of the total number of employees in EveryMatrix, or more than 400 of the staff.
An environmentally-conscious workspace, the new business hub of EveryMatrix will be equipped with a ton of state-of-the-art amenities including a swimming pool, spa, in-house gym, electric car charging ports, etc., that will encourage the staff to switch from fossil-fuelled vehicles to a more sustainable solution.
In the course of these ESG-inspired practices, EveryMatrix showed environmental awareness by using eco-friendly construction methods and building materials, which in turn resulted in the building receiving the rigorous green certification for sustainable construction, LEED V4 Gold.
Building our own HQ has been very exciting but has equally involved a great deal of work. This is our first purpose-built office here, so its opening, combined with our 1,000th employee represents a special moment in the company’s 16-year history.
