The 2025 Qatar Goodwood Festival, one of the most prestigious events in the international horseracing calendar, is set to receive unprecedented global exposure this year.

A record 39 international broadcasters have been confirmed to showcase the five-day festival, bringing the action from the Sussex Downs to audiences in 170 countries.

The landmark broadcast agreement was facilitated by Racecourse Media Group (RMG) and HBA Media, who worked in close collaboration with Goodwood Racecourse to significantly extend the event’s global footprint.

The extensive list of broadcast partners ensures comprehensive coverage across key international markets, including the Middle East, the Far East, North and South America, Africa, and Europe.

Several major broadcasters, including ITV (UK), FanDuel (US), and Yas TV (Abu Dhabi), will enhance their coverage with on-site reporting, providing viewers with an immersive experience.

In the Middle East, Al Kass, Dubai Racing Channel, and Yas TV will air the full meeting, while in Asia, platforms like Japan’s Netkeiba and Hong Kong’s HKJC TV will reach large and enthusiastic racing audiences. North American coverage will be provided by Fox Sports and FanDuel, with ESPN/Disney+ catering to South America and the Caribbean.

James Crespi, Racecourse Director at Qatar Goodwood Festival, commented on the achievement, statin:

We are delighted so many broadcasters from all corners of the world have committed to showing the Qatar Goodwood Festival. The record exposure, secured by RMG and HBA Media, is testament to the international prominence the festival now holds.

The festival’s commercial strength is further bolstered by renewed sponsorship deals, including a multi-year extension with Coral for 11 races, underscoring the event’s premier status.
