DraftKings has officially announced a significant upgrade to its user experience by launching a fully integrated Spanish-language platform.

This move eliminates the need for users to manually toggle between languages, offering a native environment designed to serve the operator’s growing Spanish-speaking customer base.

The rollout is part of DraftKings’ broader strategy to deliver a product that is uniquely tailored to the diverse needs of its audience. Initially, the feature will be available to select customers in the United States and Ontario, with a full-scale release scheduled for all users in the coming weeks.

The new functionality is designed to be seamless. For customers who have their mobile device settings set to Spanish, the DraftKings app will automatically adapt to the language-only product.

This comprehensive integration goes beyond simple text translation; as the product evolves, it will encompass the entire user journey. This includes account onboarding, navigation menus, betting content, gameplay, and promotions. Crucially, dedicated customer support and responsible gaming tools will also be fully available in Spanish.

DraftKings remains a dominant force in the North American market, currently ranking second in market share behind FanDuel. The operator is live in 28 U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and Ontario, with an upcoming launch in Missouri slated for December 1.

By introducing a native Spanish experience, DraftKings aims to solidify its relationship with a vital demographic while expanding its total addressable market.

Financially, the company continues to show strength, recently reporting $1.14 billion in third-quarter revenue. Looking ahead, DraftKings is also preparing to enter the prediction market space in early 2026, further diversifying its portfolio beyond traditional sports betting and iGaming.

Corey Gottlieb, Chief Product Officer at DraftKings:

Today, Spanish-speaking players represent a growing segment of DraftKings’ customer base. By bringing Spanish-language functionality to our best-in-class product, we’re creating a more intuitive experience for our customers and expanding our total addressable market. This is consistent with our commitment to delivering the most authentic, personalized product for everyone.
