Asia Pioneer Entertainment Holdings Ltd (APE) has announced a major transformation of its B2B product roadmap.

Hong Kong-listed gaming solutions supplier Asia Pioneer Entertainment Holdings Ltd (APE) has announced a major transformation of its B2B product roadmap, signing an exclusive distribution contract with Germany-based automation specialist CountR GmbH.

The strategic alliance grants APE the distribution rights for CountR’s advanced cash-handling systems and payment kiosks across premier Asian land-based gaming jurisdictions.

Modernizing Land-Based Casino Operational Efficiency

The enterprise agreement integrates CountR’s secure, automated cash management kiosks directly alongside APE’s existing electronic gaming equipment (EGE) catalog. Designed to streamline high-volume retail transactions, these certified kiosks enable players on casino floors to securely redeem slot tickets, table chips, and physical cash with significantly reduced processing times.

CountR brings over two decades of European engineering expertise to the rollout, with an international footprint that features over 10,000 active machines deployed across cruise ships, corporate banks, and luxury casino resorts worldwide.

The rollout will initially target high-growth gaming hubs throughout Southeast Asia. The transition forms part of a broader corporate realignment for APE, following its recent launch of BEE Macau, the city’s first local playing card manufacturing plant, to construct a comprehensive, single-source supply infrastructure for retail casino operations.

Repositioning the Corporate Business Model

Maria Garcia, Executive Director and Sales Director at APE, expressed immense pride in securing the partnership, noting that CountR’s solutions directly address the technical needs of modern casino floors:

“We are honoured and excited to act as CountR’s distributor across Asia. CountR is a widely recognised provider of versatile, innovative and reliable payment solutions in global markets. This partnership, together with APE’s existing product range, would allow the company to offer a broader set of products and services covering most casino operational needs.”

Tamara Sawyer, Regional Sales Manager at CountR, reiterated that the distribution network provides an ideal gateway into Asia’s fast-moving land-based market:

“The partnership opens the door to Asia’s fast-growing casino market and creates new opportunities for growth.”

Summarizing the corporate pivot, Herman Ng, CEO and Executive Director of Asia Pioneer Entertainment Holdings, stated that the supplier is systematically transitioning toward a comprehensive, systems-driven architecture:

“Asia Pioneer Entertainment is repositioning its business model. We are shifting from being mainly a supplier of electronic gaming equipment to providing comprehensive gaming operation solutions. The new model is centered on integration, cost efficiency and flexibility, allowing the company to serve both large integrated resort casinos and smaller niche casino floors effectively. The latest agreement with CountR extends that repositioning effort by giving APE a wider set of tools to present to casino customers across Asia.”
