Subsidiary Century Gaming Technologies Adds 600 Terminals via Deal with Anabi Oil

NYSE-listed locals-focused gaming operator Accel Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: ACEL) has expanded its Nevada route operations through a new agreement with convenience store operator Anabi Oil.

Under the contract, Accel’s subsidiary, Century Gaming Technologies Nevada, will support all active Green Valley Grocery convenience store locations across Southern Nevada, adding approximately 600 electronic gaming terminals (EGTs) to its distributed gaming network. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

The agreement represents the second major transaction between Anabi Oil and Century Gaming Technologies in 2026. In January, Accel became the gaming operator across all of Anabi’s Rebel Convenience Store locations throughout Las Vegas.

Operational Scope and Market Footprint

The route agreement integrates Accel’s promotional systems, data analytics, and operational support across the Green Valley Grocery footprint to streamline operations and enhance player engagement.

Prior to this deal, Accel’s Nevada footprint encompassed over 4,000 gaming terminals deployed across 525 locations as of July 1, 2026. On a national level, Accel operates more than 28,000 EGTs across 4,500 non-casino locations (including bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and veteran establishments) and 20 self-operated gaming sites across ten states.

Executive Perspectives: Strategic Expansion in Distributed Gaming

Leadership from both organizations highlighted the operational synergy established during the initial Rebel rollout as a key driver for extending the partnership to Green Valley Grocery.

Andy Rubenstein, Chief Executive Officer of Accel Entertainment, stated:

“Adding approximately 600 terminals across the Green Valley Grocery locations is a meaningful step for our US Nevada business. Together with Rebel, we’re now supporting all Anabi-affiliated Southern Nevada locations, representing a concentrated, high-quality piece of our Nevada network that we intend to strategically invest in and grow.

“This agreement highlights our continued momentum in Nevada and our confidence in the long-term growth potential of this market. When we partnered with Anabi Oil earlier this year on their Rebel locations, we knew we were building something with real staying power. Accel’s agreement with Green Valley Grocery is a direct reflection of that — a partnership that’s already working, now extended across a much larger footprint. Anabi has been a tremendous partner to work with, and we’re proud to deepen that relationship across Southern Nevada.”

Sam Anabi, CEO of Anabi Oil, added:

“When we brought Accel on as our gaming partner for Rebel earlier this year, we saw firsthand what their platform and team could deliver. Extending that relationship to our Green Valley Grocery locations was an easy decision. We’re excited to grow alongside them across both brands and confident this partnership will create real value for our customers and the communities we serve.”
