FanDuel, a leading name in the US online gaming market, has officially launched its new loyalty program, the Rewards Club, for its online casino customers across four key states.

The program is now live in New Jersey, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, representing a significant enhancement to the operator’s iGaming offering in these regulated markets.

The Rewards Club is designed to directly reward player activity on the FanDuel Casino platform. Under the new system, customers will automatically earn points for every dollar they wager on the platform’s extensive library of slots and table games.

This straightforward points-based structure allows for clear progression, enabling players to track their activity and see it translate into tangible benefits.

The program is structured around a tiered system, where accumulating points allows players to climb through various levels, unlocking progressively more valuable rewards and perks.

A standout feature of the program is the Weekly Bonus Back offer, a form of cashback that returns a percentage of a player’s net losses from the previous week.

The value of this offer ranges from 5% for entry-level members up to a substantial 25% for those who reach the higher tiers, providing a consistent safety net and added value.

In addition to the cashback, members will also gain access to other exclusive benefits, including Reward Boxes with mystery prizes and special birthday bonuses, further personalizing the player experience.

The introduction of the Rewards Club is a significant strategic move for FanDuel, a subsidiary of Flutter Entertainment, as it seeks to bolster its market share in the highly competitive US iGaming sector.

By implementing a robust and transparent loyalty program, the company aims to increase player retention and differentiate its casino product from competitors, fostering a more dedicated and engaged customer base.

Andrew Gradwell, FanDuel’s Senior Vice President of Casino Product, said:

“The program is designed to elevate the player experience – enabling customers to enjoy their favorite games while earning points, unlocking new tiers and accessing greater rewards.”
