EveryMatrix, a leading global B2B iGaming software provider, has announced a public offer to purchase all shares in Fantasma Games AB for €18.5m (SEK 209.8 million), or for €5.21 (SEK 59) in cash per share.
Since the official offer of EveryMatrix, Gamblres Connect learned that as of now, more than 50% of the shareholders in Fantasma Games have already signed binding agreements to sell their part of the shares.
However, for this sale to proceed, EveryMatrix is going to need at least 90% of Fantasma shareholders to accept the offer, which is the main condition for the purchase to go through.
If everything goes according to plan, the purchase would substantially strengthen the game output of EveryMatrix, being that this will result in the immediate addition of popular titles that are integrated with over 250 gaming operators, and that are played by millions of players across 50 countries worldwide.
As per the details of the public offer, EveryMatrix gave Fantasma Games AB an acceptance period that is set to start on the 19th of September 2024 and expire on the 10th of October 2024.
Founded in Stockholm in 2016, Fantasma Games AB is a reputable game developer with a dedicated and experienced management team that is responsible for releasing some of the most popular games in the realm of iGaming.
