NCLGS Winter Meeting

NCLGS Winter Meeting is the year-end gathering of the National Council of Legislators from Gaming States, the membership body of US state lawmakers focused on gaming policy and regulation. The event covers federal and state-level gaming legislation, sports betting policy, online casino regulation, tribal gaming relations, responsible gambling frameworks and revenue policy.

The programme includes legislative committee meetings, panels with state gaming regulators, briefings from industry associations and operator groups, and structured networking among lawmakers, regulators, industry executives and policy advocates. Attendance is primarily US focused with federal agencies and state attorneys general also participating.

The 2026 Winter Meeting runs 9 to 12 December at the JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside. It is the second of two annual NCLGS gatherings, with the Summer Meeting having preceded it in July 2026 in San Diego.
