Land your first NED

Land Your First NED is a half day working event organised by iGaming Leader in partnership with Odgers Berndtson, an executive search firm active in NED (Non Executive Director) placements across the gambling sector. The event is aimed at senior iGaming operators preparing for their first NED appointment.

The agenda includes three sessions. A keynote from a CEO who has moved from operator leadership into a portfolio of NED appointments. A fireside with Odgers Berndtson covering how NEDs are sourced and what search partners look for in candidates. A panel of three sitting NEDs discussing what the role demands in practice.

The event takes place on Tuesday 30 June 2026 at The Stratford Hotel, Olympic Park, London E20. Capacity is capped at 40 seats.
