Kaizen Gaming has launched The Playmakers: Commercial Talent Programme, a fast-track development project specifically created to train iGaming professionals.

Those who wish to apply for the programme must have a degree in marketing, finance, economics, business, or any other related field from a credible university, must be fluent in English and proficient in either Portuguese or Spanish, and have at least one year of work experience.

Moreover, they will be working in Kaizen Gaming under senior management across several different teams, and this includes commercial, marketing, and CRM.

Participants will support cross-functional projects, take ownership of business initiatives, and receive mentoring from senior leaders. With geographical mobility, they’ll gain international experience and have personalized development opportunities to kick-start their growth into future commercial leaders.

Additionally, the programme will take place in Athens, Greece, however, the candidates will be allowed to take on two international positions in South America and Europe in order to obtain global experience.

The last requirement to join the programme is for the candidates to have a European passport, and/or a European work permit or permanent residence in Europe, given that the programme requires candidates to work in Athens for more than six months, with the possibility of working with Kaizen for a total of 24 months.

Julio Iglesias Hernando, Chief Commercial Officer at Kaizen Gaming, said that the goal of this programme is to attract “exceptional talent” and shape the future of iGaming.

As one of the world’s leading companies in GameTech, we are always on the lookout for exceptional talent to shape our future. Our fast-track global talent programme offers a unique opportunity to explore and experience the business through one of the most dynamic commercial departments in the industry. Working alongside senior leaders in an international environment and contributing to the growth of a globally recognized sports brand like Betano is an opportunity like no other. If you are ready to relocate to Athens, Greece, and from there on have the ability to explore and further grow your skills in more international markets, just apply today.
