Wynn Resorts, Inc. has released its financial results for the third quarter ending September 30, 2026, reporting a consolidated operating revenue of US$1.69 billion.

This represents a decrease of $144.7 million compared to the US$1.83 billion generated during the same period in 2025. Net income for Q3 2026 fell to US$17.3 million, down from US$88.3 million year-on-year, while adjusted property EBITDA came in at US$464.2 million, marking a $105.9 million decline from the US$570.1 million reported in Q3 2025.

Across the company’s global portfolio, operations in Las Vegas, Macau, and Encore Boston Harbour all recorded lower revenues and EBITDAR compared to the previous year, reflecting a combination of softer market demand and localized headwinds.

Executive commentary on regional demand and UAE progress

Discussing the quarter’s performance and strategic milestones, Craig Billings, CEO of Wynn Resorts, stated:

“Our third quarter results demonstrated strong operational discipline from the teams in each of our regions. Wynn Las Vegas and our Macau properties both saw healthy demand amid slower market conditions. Wynn Las Vegas was also negatively impacted by a hold rate outside of our expected range. In Boston, the team did an excellent job managing through the strike that began in early September, ensuring that we could continue delighting guests at our resort. The team at Wynn Al Marjan Island has also made substantial progress with ongoing finishing works occurring throughout the property, including the interior fit-out of all guest rooms, as we move closer to a planned September 2027 opening.”

Continued investment in Wynn Al Marjan Island

Highlighting its international expansion efforts, Wynn Resorts reported a cash contribution of US$62.2 million during the quarter to its 40-percent-owned joint venture developing the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island resort in the United Arab Emirates.

This brings the company’s cumulative, life-to-date cash contributions to the landmark UAE project to US$1.12 billion. With interior fit-outs underway across guest rooms and finishing works progressing rapidly, the resort remains firmly positioned for its scheduled grand opening in September 2027.
