Ventures Labs has chosen mkodo’s GeoLocs technology as its official geolocation supplier for Ontario, supporting the launch of its next-generation online gaming site, Miki, which integrates casino, sportsbook, and live gaming options.
The partnership is designed to ensure players located within Ontario can securely access the platform in strict compliance with local regulatory requirements. GeoLocs achieves this through a browser-based geolocation mechanism that verifies a user’s location accurately without necessitating any additional app downloads. Ventures Labs selected mkodo due to its extensive market experience and proven track record with regulated Canadian operators, which includes supporting operators in Alberta for five years.
