Gamblers Connect, the award-winning, independent B2B iGaming media platform, is welcoming Gali Hartuv, Strategic Advisor at The Playa, to our Contributors Program as our seventh Contributor of the year. He is one of twelve experts we are adding across 2026, at a pace of one a month.
The Program is a deliberately curated group of practitioners with genuine “skin in the game,” not a rotating door of guest bloggers. Few people know the VIP side of this industry the way Gali does, and that is exactly the perspective we want in front of our B2B readers: how operators find, keep and grow their highest-value players.
Gali brings more than 15 years of VIP and iGaming expertise. As Strategic Advisor to The Playa, an AI-native iGaming company, he works at the point where seasoned VIP thinking meets AI-driven player personalisation, and he is also Co-founder and Director of Triarchy Partners. Along the way he has built and refined VIP programmes across more than 50 brands, from start-ups to enterprise operators, and trained hundreds of professionals on VIP best practices.
As one of our 12 contributor voices, Gali will give readers a practical, no-nonsense view of VIP player management: what actually qualifies a player as a VIP, how to build genuine trust and loyalty with high-value accounts, where AI truly helps with early VIP detection, behavioural segmentation and hyper-personalisation, and why cultural understanding decides whether VIP acquisition scales across markets. It is knowledge grounded in real programmes and real results, not theory.
Luka Dimitrijevic, Partnerships & Operations Lead at Gamblers Connect:
“VIP management is where a great deal of an operator’s value is won or lost, and very few people can speak to it with Gali’s depth. He has spent his career turning high-value player relationships into a discipline rather than guesswork, and he is refreshingly candid about what works and what does not. Through the Contributors Program he’ll share practical insight on VIP strategy, retention and the smart use of AI, with content grounded in real results rather than recycled best practices.”
Gali’s articles will appear under our Contributors vertical, published under the Gamblers Connect Contributor Editorial Code: selected on merit, editorially independent, and free to reach their own conclusions. His first piece will follow soon.
