Jackpot.com and THNDR: Integrating Tournament Network Across Six US States
B2B skill games platform THNDR has announced a strategic partnership with digital lottery courier Jackpot.com. The collaboration introduces real-money, player-vs-player (PvP) skill games and structured tournaments to the lottery courier’s active platform. Jackpot.com stands as the first large-scale real-money operator to incorporate skill-based titles into its digital ecosystem, establishing a new vertical alongside traditional draw games and scratch tickets.
Introducing Competitive Formats to Lottery Users
The new product launch gives Jackpot.com users an interactive way to compete head-to-head while purchasing lottery products. The initial rollout includes popular skill-based titles such as Solitaire and Blocks.
To incentivize daily and weekly retention, the platform utilizes a community-driven tournament structure. These recurring events provide players with a recurring, organized competitive environment. The games fit natively into the existing Jackpot.com application architecture, maintaining a white-label design that ensures a seamless, unbranded user experience.
Leveraging Cross-Operator Liquidity and Network Scale
THNDR has provided scaled, real-money skill tournaments for iGaming operators since 2019. Its proprietary network spans more than 25 partners across the sportsbook, daily fantasy sports (DFS), and lottery verticals, accounting for over 160 million verified games played.
By utilizing cross-operator liquidity, the platform matches Jackpot.com users with real opponents instantaneously. Game fairness is maintained via patent-pending game verification protocols alongside an algorithmic 50/50 target win rate.
Compliance and Multi-State Market Availability
Because skill games sit in a distinct legal category from traditional games of chance, maintaining strict compliance is critical for lottery-adjacent platforms. THNDR’s CEO chairs the Online Skill Games (OSG) Committee within the International Gaming Standards Association (IGSA), allowing the provider to help actively shape the regulatory standards governing the sector.
Desiree Dickerson, CEO and Co-Founder of THNDR, highlighted the scale of the deployment:
“Jackpot.com is the first big operator in real-money gaming to put skill games in front of its players, and launches at this scale are how skill gaming goes mainstream. They chose THNDR because the network is proven… Skill gaming is at the beginning of its growth curve, and this partnership bends it upward.”
Dharin Nanavati, Chief Growth Officer at Jackpot.com, noted the alignment with the company’s long-term product vision:
“Jackpot.com has always believed the future of gaming is a single platform where every type of player finds their game. The launch of skill games and tournaments is the next step in that vision: expanding how players engage, giving them more reasons to return, and more ways to win.”
The PvP skill games and tournaments are currently available through the Jackpot.com app on both iOS and Android platforms. The feature is live for eligible users residing in Arkansas, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Ohio.
