Gamblers Connect, the Award Winning, independent B2B iGaming media platform, is welcoming Vladimir Mihailovski, CEO and Founder of Xessable, to our Contributors Program as our sixth Contributor of the year. He is one of twelve experts we are adding across 2026, at a pace of one a month.

He is an engineer-turned-founder with more than 15 years building complex software architecture, and he has led Xessable’s culture and AI innovation for nine years. Founded in 2017 and operating between Utrecht and Skopje, Xessable builds and embeds dedicated engineering squads inside its clients’ product teams, giving operators and providers the speed of an in-house team without the overhead. His focus today sits at the intersection of AI product development and organisational transformation: building intelligent systems while reshaping how the companies around them actually work.
As one of our 12 contributor voices, Vladimir will give readers a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to ship reliable software at pace: how to apply AI in ways that move real business metrics, how to structure and scale high-performing engineering teams, and how technical decisions made early either compound or constrain growth later. It is a vantage point our audience rarely hears from directly, and one grounded in delivery rather than theory.
