Kaizen Gaming has announced the successful completion of the latest cycle of The Collective, its premier international volunteering initiative.

Kaizen Gaming has announced the successful completion of the latest cycle of The Collective, its premier international volunteering initiative.

This year’s programme saw 237 employees across 10 global locations dedicate a combined 962 volunteer hours to high-impact projects. Focused on environmental sustainability, biodiversity, and animal welfare, the initiative also included an €80,000 donation to partner NGOs, benefiting over 24,000 people and 350 animals worldwide.

Localized Actions with Global Reach

The release detailed several key environmental successes. In Greece, volunteers maintained over 700 plants at the Neapolis Food Forest in Thessaloniki and restored critical forest roads on Mt. Hymettus. In Malta, the team supported BirdLife Malta with maintenance at Għadira, while in Portugal, recovery efforts with Reerguer Leiria aided 23,500 residents following severe storms.

Other notable efforts included:

  • Germany: Mentoring sessions through ReDI School.
  • Brazil: Support for the COOPER VIVA BEM recycling cooperative in São Paulo.
  • Colombia: Planting 80 native trees with Fundación Al Verde Vivo in Tenjo.
  • Romania & Argentina: Specialized animal welfare support projects.

The internal response was overwhelmingly positive, with the program recording an impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 94%.

A Shared Purpose for “Kaizeners”

The Collective initiative is designed not only to benefit the environment but to strengthen the internal culture of Kaizen Gaming. Ioanna Kozadinou, Corporate Responsibility Senior Manager, spoke on the lasting effects of the cycle:

“The scale and impact of the work done by The Collective continues to grow and achieve real and lasting impact with the projects we have supported. It has been inspiring to see the results Kaizeners have achieved by bringing colleagues across multiple markets together as part of The Collective to support environmental sustainability, biodiversity, and community initiatives. From habitat restoration and wildlife care to recycling and community recovery efforts, these activities demonstrate how targeted, hands-on volunteering can deliver tangible benefits for local ecosystems and communities, while strengthening engagement and shared purpose across our organisation.”
